It is. According to Sosseress they could end it by then, but it seems that they plan on dragging it out.

If they turn MY Claymore into another Bleach or Naruto I will be pissed that it would put that crazy German guy to shame!

I'm thinking 36 episodes. If they can end it well, I'd like that. Other wise it will meat one of two ends. The first end isn't really a termination of episodes, its more a termination of entertainment. Thats the Bleach/Naruto end. The second is if they take the quick and dirty approach. This happens when the anime ends before manga, like with Hellsing/Hyper Police. I made a topic in Box's, now out of reach, anime forum.

By the way, is this delay giving any one else hyper tension or is it just me? It was especially bad since our cable went out (thus internet as well). Its 6 o'clock EST and it should have been out a while ago.
